Matt Barnes Is Likely To Be Fined For Saying Refs Screwed The Clippers

Whether it went off Reggie Jackson’s or Matt Barnes’ hands really isn’t a question anymore–it’s clear that after reviewing the below play–the refs blew the call and it should have been the Los Angeles Clippers’ ball. After the game, Barnes took to Instagram to post a pic of the play and let people know he thinks the Clippers got cheated:
