Kevin Durant pays tribute to CT shooting victims with message on shoe

Everybody wants to do something for the community of Newtown, Connecticut after the terrible shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School.

In his very small way, Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant pays tribute to the victims by writing a small note on his shoes for Friday’s game against the Kings.  The note simply says, ‘NEWTOWN CT’ in handwritten letters.

It’s clear that those two words are enough to make everyone realize that life has changed dramatically for this community and all of us in the United States.
