J.R. Smith unties opponents shoes in middle of game

Not a good sign for the New York Knicks when one of their players is focusing on untying opponent’s shoes during the middle of a game rather than playing ball. J.R. Smith did exactly that when he untied Shawn Marion’s shoes prior to a free-throw during Sunday’s Knicks-Dallas Mavericks game.  Does Smith get fined for something like this? Don’t think it’s ever happened before.
