Houston Rockets Acquire Corey Brewer From Minnesota Timberwolves

The Houston Rockets, who missed out on trading for Rajon Rondo, have acquired guard Corey Brewer from the Minnesota Timberwolves. Cleveland was reportedly interested in adding Brewer’s services but didn’t want to part with Dion Waiters. Here are the workings of the deal according to Adrian Wojnarowski:

Brewer is known for his athleticism and perimeter defense. He’s set to make $4.7 million this year.
