Doc Rivers’ son calls out Bill Simmons on Twitter, Simmons responds

After Doc Rivers and Bill Simmons went at each other during the NBA Draft and Rivers’ son Jeremiah was not happy about what Simmons said.  He took to Twitter and ripped Bill Simmons for his comments.  Simmons isn’t the type of person to just lie down and take this shredding, so he responded on Twitter with his own statement.

Jeremiah had a valiant effort, but at the end of the day, people will just say he’s only defending Doc because he’s his dad, not because what Doc did was right.  Besides, it’s not like Doc didn’t defend himself quite well when he roasted Bill Simmons on National TV during the NBA Draft.  Bill Simmons wins this exchange by not stooping to Jeremiah’s level and ripping a younger kid, though Jeremiah had some great points.
