Chicago Bulls Talk To Representatives Of Three Free-Agent PGs

The Chicago Bulls have had initial talks with the represenatives of free-agent point guards Nate Robinson, Mike James and Jannero Pargo, K.C. Johnson reports.

Following the injury and unknown return for Derrick Rose, the Bulls are looking to solidify the PG spot behind Aaron Brook and Kirk Hinrich. All three of James, Robinson and Pargo have previously played for the Bulls.

Mike James, 39, was averaging 15.0 points, 6.4 assists for the Mavericks’ D-League team this season.

Pargo, who played nine games for Charlotte this year but was recently waived, was averaging 4.6 ppg and 1 assist.

Nate Robinson, 30, has already expressed his interest in joining Chicago, but I’m sure the other two veteran point guards would as well.

The 15th roster spot that the Chicago Bulls may use on any of these three PGs likely will hinge on whether or not Rose can return this season.
