Carmelo Anthony’s Son Talks Michigan Interest, Expected To Visit

The son of former Syracuse forward and NBA superstar Carmelo Anthony, Kiyan Anthony, a 2025 recruit and top 35 recruit, is believed to be interested in Michigan. Thanks to Melo’s relationship with Juwan Howard, Michigan is in the thick of things with the New York native.

Syracuse would be the expected favorite with his dad leading the ‘Cuse to a National Title in his freshman season.

Here’s what Kiyan said about Michigan via 247sports’ Brandon Jenkins:

Jett Howard is my close friend and I like Juwan Howard being the head coach there. He has been on me heavy since they have been able to contact me. I want to pay it back to him and see what it is like over there.”
