4. How good is Doug McDermott?
Chicago gave up the 16th and 19th picks in the 2014 NBA draft to acquire Creighton’s Doug McDermott, who became the third ever player to score 3,000 points and collect 1,000 rebounds in his NCAA career. McDermott is known for being a deadly shooter, but outside of that, there’s little the Bulls can be certain of. One concern about the former Creighton power forward is whether or not he can guard the three position in the NBA. Nonetheless, Chicago has another guy with Taj Gibson who can fill up the stat sheet coming off the bench.
