A young kid got the opportunity to skate with the Oshawa Generals for their pregame skate prior to a recent game. Unfortunately the kid bit off a little more than he could chew when Calgary Flames prospect Hunter Smith absolutely leveled him. It was obviously an accident, but at 6’6″ 210 lbs, Smith sent the young buck flying. I was quite impressed with how quickly the little guy shook it off and he seemed to be okay. Seems primed to begin an OHL career soon (watch at the 0:35 mark).
