Former NHLer David Ling pretends to ice-ski during broken glass delay

David Ling is the definition of the terms “journeyman” and “suitcase” as he has played for 18 teams in 9 different leagues.  He was drafted by the Quebec Nordiques in 1993 and has been living the dream ever since.

Ling is a 38-year-old beauty currently playing for the Nottingham Panthers in the EIHL.  And during a broken glass delay on Sunday in their game against the Braehead Clan, he decided to have a little fun with some imaginary waterskiing behind the Zamboni.  Ling is clearly a fan favorite, racking up 113 PIMs and 74 points in 46 games.
