Tiger Woods putt travels over 360 degrees around cup on lip out

Tiger Woods has had a rough day, starting with the two-stroke penalty that was assessed to him first thing Saturday morning.  The round hasn’t gotten any easier for him, and his rotten luck continued with this birdie putt on number 8.  I mean seriously, that might be the worst lip out I’ve ever seen.  That traveled over 360 degrees around the lip, the guy just can’t catch a break.  Tiger went on to bogey the next hole and sits at 1-under through nine holes of the third round.
