Texas Tech scores touchdown on fake punt from 51 yards out

The Texas Tech Red Raiders opened up the playobook against the Texas Longhorns on Thanksgiving night, running a fake punt from their own 49-yard-line.  Red Raiders punter Ryan Erxleben didn’t just pick up the first down, he went untouched for 51 yards on this perfectly executed play for a touchdown.  Erxleben has some serious speed for a punter and the Red Raiders may want to think about making him their permanent running back since that was their longest run of the year.
