16. Auburn – Dark blue and bright orange is an awesome combo. The multi-colored triple stripe on the helmet adds a nice touch, too. Under Armour has done a solid job so far with the Tigers.
15. Michigan State – The Spartans have unveiled a few alternative uniforms over the years and they’ve always been major hits. Still, the classic Green and White from Nike for MSU is where’s it’s at.
14. Tennessee – The Volunteers are again a Nike school after dropping adidas. Tennessee is another school that doesn’t mess around with crazy stripes or piping, preferring to keep it simple.
13. Oklahoma – The all white Sooner jersey keeps things simple in a great sense. They are one of the few teams that can also pull off a rather plain look, with a superior color scheme and helmet.
12. Florida State – Florida State’s helmet is as good as it gets. We have them just outside the top 10 because the redesign for the Seminoles’ uniforms by Nike isn’t as great as the previous versions.
11. Baylor – There likely isn’t a brighter helmet in college football than the Bears’. The green and gold of Baylor’s combo leave it just outside the top 10.
10. LSU – The Tigers have a very unique uniform and an even more unique helmet. The white jersey works perfectly with the yellow helmet and pants. Nike’s pro-combat uniforms have looked solid with LSU.
9. Texas A&M – There may not be a hotter jersey in college football than the adidas sponsored Texas A&M Aggies ever since Johnny Football’s arrival on campus. The maroon and white go very well together.
8. Texas – The orange and the white offset each other off perfectly, and adding to the perfection is a solid white helmet with their classic logo on either side.
7. USC – Another home uniform with a perfect color scheme and little flash. The cardinal and gold colors are a classic. Now the Trojans just need to get back to dominating on the field.
6. Ohio State – These home uniforms are readily identifiable by almost any college football fan, especially when you look at the helmet.
