Tour de France spectator running with cyclists gets laid out by another fan

On Wednesday during the Tour de France, a spectator was running with the cyclists in the peloton.  He ran past a kid holding a sign, when it seems that the man behind the kid put out his arm and laid out the spectator.  Luckily for the riders no one got knocked over, which would would have caused a massive pileup.
