Tour de France Cyclist Stops In Middle Of Race To Confront Spectator

France’s Thomas Voeckler was having none of a certain heckler during Stage 13 of the Tour de France earlier in the week. As you can see from the video above, Voeckler pulls off to the side of the road during the middle of the race so that he can have a word with the spectator.
