Ugly Details Emerge Of Nate Johnson’s Suspension From UM Team

Nate Johnson, a sophomore WR/CB, was suspended from all team activities recently. The reason was unknown at the time but as MLive.com’s Aaron McMann reports, Johnson was arrested for assaulting a female student:

Diane Brown, spokesperson for the University of Michigan Division of Public Safety and Security, told MLive on Monday that Johnson, 19, was arrested on campus in the early morning hours of Saturday for an attack on a female student.

The alleged attack is believed to have taken place at a dorm room on the Michigan campus, where the alleged victim was located, Brown said. Johnson was charged with one count of domestic assault and later released on a personal recognizance bond.
