Penn State Snags Another Top Recruit Over B1G Schools

Tyler Rudolph, a four-star safety out of Waterbury, Connecticut, announced his commitment to Penn State earlier this week:

Rudolph is ranked as the No. 23 safety and No. 310 recruit in the 2019 class. The Nittany Lions also snagged five-star LB Brandon Smith this week.
