Top In-State Recruit Thinking About Becoming A Wolverine?

The Wolverines have landed several in-staters for the 2020 class already. Andre Seldon Jr., a four-star DB out of Belleville and Michigan pledge, has been doing some recruiting of other top Michiganganders.
