We’re halfway through the summer and so we thought it was a good time to take a look at the Top 10 College Football games that are on tap.
10. USC at Notre Dame – October 17th, 2015
Notre Dame and USC have one of the most historic rivalries in college football and this game in the middle of October should be a dandy. It will give us a good idea just how good Cody Kessler is and just how good Notre Dame is without Everett Golson behind center.
9. Michigan State at Michigan – October 17th, 2015
Michigan-Utah is an intriguing game because it’s Jim Harbaugh’s first game, but this is the first big matchup on the docket for Harbaugh and staff. Harbaugh called Michigan State the big boy’s on the block and we’ll see just how well Michigan stacks up in their first year.
8. USC at Oregon – November 21st, 2015
This matchup could end up deciding who wins the Pac-12…or at least gets a shot to play in the Pac-12 Championship. Both teams are expected to be good, though Oregon has more questions than answers with the loss of Marcus Mariota.
7. Ole Miss at Auburn – October 31st, 2015
Ole Miss was a surprise last season and this year they won’t be able to stay off the radar. Ole Miss and Auburn will both have new quarterbacks this season, but both have plenty of big time weapons that will help them put up points.
6. Oregon at Michigan State -September 12th, 2015
Oregon took Michigan State to the woodshed the last 1.5 quarters after the Spartans jumped out to a 27-18 lead. With the return of Connor Cook and the absence of Marcus Mariota, you would think that MSU would have the advantage but you never know. An early season matchup can always cause problems when teams don’t quite have an identity yet.
