Texas Tech fans fax Tuberville 50-yard Line Steakhouse Menu

It appears that some Texas Tech fans have a fantastic sense of humor.  On National Signing Day, when head coaches wait by the fax machine to receive Letters of Intent from their commitments, some Texas Tech fans decided to send something else to new Cincinnati Head Coach Tommy Tuberville.  In case you didn’t know, Tuberville allegedly left Texas Tech recruits at dinner at the 50-yard Line Steakhouse and then took the job at Cincinnati the next day.  These Red Raider fans thought it would be a great idea to send him a menu from the restaurant, since he apparently never even looked at one.  This might be one of the best trolling moments in all of college football history.

In case you can’t read the fax cover letter, this is what it says:

Date: 2-06-2013

From: Texas Tech Nation

To: Tommy Tuberville and staff.

MEMO Was thinking of you. . . We will miss you . . . Here is an intent letter to remember us by

Signed XoXXOOxxoo WreckEmTech
