With Jim Harbaugh issuing a self-imposed three-game suspension for the Burgergate, Sherrone Moore, who was also apparently apart of the recruiting issue and lack of communication with the NCAA, is going to be out the first game against ECU next weekend, Josh Henschke of Rivals reports:
