Report: Michigan Assistant To Take New Job With Florida State

After one season in Ann Arbor, it appears that Michigan OT/TE coach Greg Frey will be leaving for his alma mater – Florida State. FootballScoop.com with the following:

Sources tell FootballScoop Michigan tackles / tight ends coach Greg Frey will be Willie Taggart’s new offensive line coach at FSU as mentioned in Warchant’s article below. Frey most recently coached offensive line at Indiana (prior to coming to Ann Arbor) and previously coached at West Virginia and South Florida as well.

Willie Taggart is one of Jim Harbaugh’s best friends so we’ll see how this all plays out.
