Poster in Alabama locker room reminds players of Auburn, Oklahoma loses

As part of a motivational tactic, the Alabama coaching staff has put up a poster in each player’s locker reminding them of its two loses from the 2013 season (Iron Bowl to Auburn and the Sugar Bowl to Oklahoma).

The sign reads: “If you continue to do the same thing that you have always done you will get the same result. Guaranteed. 0-2”.

Alabama is losing some key pieces to the NFL draft (A.J. McCarron, C.J. Mosley, Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, Cyrus Kouandjio, Vinnie Sunseri, Adrian Hubbard and Jeoffrey Pagan) but return two solid running backs in T.J. Yeldon and Derrick Henry, and three consecutive years of being in the top 3 of Scout.com’s team recruiting rankings, they should have no problem contending for the SEC and National Championship again next year. A little motivation certainly doesn’t hurt.
