Pat Fitzgerald Proposes The Worst Recruiting Rule Change Ever

I have no idea what Northwestern head coach Pat Fitzgerald is thinking, but this is bar-none the worst recruiting rule change suggestion ever. Give a kid 48 hours where he wants to spend the next 3-5 years of his life? Transfers would be at an all-time high. This is completely preposterous.
