Of course a Tennessee fan in possession of a photo of superstar Ole Miss DE Robert Nkemdiche hitting a bong waited until the two teams were set to play to release it. This kind of nonsense in college football has to stop, because it will result in more sabotage of players and not all of it will be true. If one thing is certain, it’s that college football fans are nuts.
Here’s what Ole Miss coach Hugh Freese had to say about it:
“I’m very aware of the picture and also when it was taken and where it was taken. We test our entire team on our drug-testing policy at the beginning of the season and then we have our follow-up tests throughout the course of the year. I’m super confident we handled each one the same and we enforce our policy very consistently.
“There’s not a single thing that goes on that I don’t always bring to our athletic director (Ross Bjork) to talk about and make sure we’re being very consistent with that.”
It’s also worth noting that it’s pretty difficult to tell if this is actually Nkemdiche or not.
