Four-Star QB Chazz Surratt Commits To UNC Quickly After Decommitting From Duke

North Carolina fans are not only going to be happy about adding a four-star QB, but also because they stole him away from Duke. 247Sports’ Adam Rowe is reporting that Chazz Surratt has decommited from the Blue Devils to commit to the Tar Heels.

Ranked as the No. 14 QB in the 2016 class, the Denver, North Carolina native is the Tar Heel’s second QB in the class (Logan Byrd).
