4. Raekwon McMillan, LB, Ohio State Buckeyes
Raekwon McMillan is the best incoming linebacker in the country and he could lead the Buckeyes in tackles next year. McMillan flies all over the field and does a great job at making plays and has drawn rave reviews from Urban Meyer. He may not start right away, but he could easily work his way into a starting role during next year
Congrats to Curtis Samuel and Raekwon McMillan for being the first 2 freshmen to get their black stripes removed! pic.twitter.com/OZg6314sZ9

3. Jalen Tabor, CB, Florida Gators
The one time Arizona Wildcats commit flipped over to the Florida Gators and has the inside track to start opposite Vernon Hargreaves. Tabor is a 6’1″ five-star that is going to cause major problems for SEC offenses. His speed and ability to track the ball is going to make him quite a big-time player.
