Predictions For Four-Star LB Carlo Kemp Rolling In For Michigan

Following a weekend visit to Ann Arbor to see Michigan, four-star linebacker Carlo Kemp reportedly has the Wolverines atop his list ($). Kemp is the No. 1 recruit in Colorado and No. 29o overall for the 2016 class.

While Notre Dame is currently the Crystal Ball leader, the last four predictions have been for the Wolverines (including two from 247Sports staffers):
