Penn State Flips Rutgers Kicker, Expecting To Lose Quinn Nordin?

Kicker Alex Barbir flipped his commitment from Rutgers to Penn State on Tuesday, Jay Poole of 247sports is reporting.

This is interesting development because Quinn Nordin, the top kicker in the country, is still a soft verbal to the Nittany Lions. However, many expect the Rockford (MI.) native to end up in Maize and Blue.
