Michigan is looking for one more lineman in the 2016 class, and Delance, who will make his decision during the Under Armour All American Game on January 2nd, is the Wolverines top target. All signs point to this being a battle between the home-team Longhorns and the Wolverines. We’ll know very soon where the No. 90 recruit in the country is headed.
