Cesar Ruiz, the top center in the country, was once teammates at Camden High School in New Jersey with Michigan freshman Ron Johnson. The current IMG Acdemy product, ranked as the No. 67 recruit in the 2017 class, is also close with Ahmir Mitchell, Kareem Walker and Rashan Gary. Ruiz had the following tweet Tuesday evening:
