Lavert Hill, a four-star cornerback, announced Sunday that he was decommitting from Penn State and plans to make a college selection on January 9th at the Army All American Game. All signs point to the Wolverines being the favorite to land the Detroit native and the No. 68 player to 247sports in the 2016 class.
Sir Patrick Scott, a current Michigan cornerback commit, tweeted the following after Hill re-opened his recruitment:
