Jake Butt, like several other Michigan players, was a happy man following Nebraska’s heroic win over Michigan State.

Clearly Butt has a good grip on the Big Ten Championship scenario. The loss from the Spartans means that Michigan now controls its own destiny for making the Big Ten Championship Game with three games left (Indiana, Penn State and Ohio State).
