Many of the nation’s elite prospects are currently in the Garden State taking part in a Rivals camp. Naseir Upshur, the 3rd best TE in the 2016 class, is one of them and was quoted in an interview with Rivals’ Mike Ferrell as saying that Michigan is the school recruiting him the hardest ($).
It’s no wonder why Upshur would say Michigan is recruiting him the hardest. After all, tight end’s coach Jay Harbaugh had recently sent the girlfriend of Upshur a note.
Michigan is currently sitting at six commits for 2016 but none of them are tight ends. Upshur, a Philadelphia native, would be a huge get for the Wolverines.
