Four-Star DE Carlo Kemp Down To Three-Schools, Will Decide Next Week

Carlo Kemp, the top player out of Colorado in the class, will make his college decision between the Buffalos, Notre Dame and Michigan next week.

Kemp, who we included in our ‘Ten Most Wanted Michigan Recruits’ post, is the No. 311 player in 2016. The Boulder, Colorado native plans to enroll early wherever he ends up picking. The Wolverines currently hold the Crystal Ball lead over Notre Dame.
