Former Michigan CB Blake Countess Announces Auburn Transfer

Blake Countess, who will be eligible to play immediately, shared Tuesday morning that he’ll be playing in the SEC next season for the Auburn Tigers.

As he did in announcing his transfer away from Michigan, Countess posted an Instagram to share the news:

Playing under former Michigan coach Rich Rodriguez at Arizona was another option for Countess.

Also ironic  – Auburn briefly blocked the potential transfer of Derrick Moncrief to Michigan earlier this month. Moncrief, however, has not announced where he’ll play yet.
