Devontae Dobbs, the No. 7 recruit and No. 1 prospect in Michigan in 2019, has received some Crystal Balls in favor of Michigan State. Dobbs, who is from Belleville and is a teammate of new MSU commit Julian Barnett, stands at 6-foot-4 and 270-pounds.
