DE Carlo Kemp

Kemp, the No. 307 player in the 2016 class, took a visit to South Bend this past weekend. The Wolverines and Irish are the two strongest contenders for the Boulder, Colorado native. Kemp, the nephew of Colts coach Chuck Pagano, should decide very soon between the former rivals.
