Did Refs Miss A False Start On MSU’s Game-Winning TD?

Michigan State captured the Big Ten title in the final seconds after scoring a go-ahead touchdown on third-and-goal from the one-yard line. On second review of the LJ Scott touchdown, however, it appears as though Jack Allen (No. 66 in the first fullback position) flinches before Connor Cooke snaps the ball:

false-start

The result could have been a five-yard false-start penalty had a flag been thrown.
