Did An OSU Player Take Cheap Shot At Jabrill Peppers?

Redshirt freshman Jabrill Peppers saw plenty of time on offense for the Wolverines during Saturday’s game with Ohio State.  With the Buckeyes in control late in the 4th quarter, OSU’s Eli Apple made a tackle on Peppers and looks to have grabbed at his groin for a few seconds. Take a look at a slow-mo of the play below via The Big Lead:
