Aidan Hutchinson posted the following to social media after it was announced he would be out for the year with an injury:
Last week against Indiana, I received the news that my junior season had been ended by an injury. I never believed I would hear those words. It turned my entire world upside down and it was difficult for me to find the silver lining in the situation. Through much reflection and prayer, I’ve learned to continue to trust in God’s journey for me. You’re never able to anticipate the curveballs in life but I believe that there are reasons behind every single one. I see mine as an opportunity to grow both mentally and physically. I want to thank all the people who reached out to me in the past week—it meant the world to me. I will be back and better than ever in no time.
