Louisiana Tech unveils two new helmets, including Patriotic helmet

The Louisiana Tech Bulldogs made a slight tweak to their standard helmet, changing the “T” on their helmet from white to red.

Personally, I think the red looks much better on the new helmet and it blends together much better.  The white stood out too much and didn’t blend with the rest of the helmet as well.  Louisiana Tech is also going to wear a stars and stripes version of their helmet for their September 28th game against Army.

This helmet looks awesome, definitely my favorite of the two.
