It looks like Michigan may have a front-runner to land the 10th assistant coaching job. Jim McElwain, the former Florida coach, could be that guy.

McElwain would reportedly take over the WR coaching position and call plays. McElwain helped Alabama to two national championships when he was their offensive coordinator.
