Jim Harbaugh Trolls NCAA With Camp Photo

Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan staff were out in Baltimore at St. Frances Academy on Monday. While the NCAA inserted a new rule over the weekend prohibiting coaches from taking photos with recruits or their family before, during or after non-institutional camps, take a look at the group picture Harbaugh posted to his Twitter account:
