Jim Harbaugh Has Interesting First Two Retweets Of New Rule

Under a new NCAA rule, college coaches can now retweet prospects/commits’ tweets. Jim Harbaugh’s first two were of QB pledge Dylan McCaffrey and WR target Donovan Peoples-Jones. See below the two tweets from the prospects.
