Because of their own stupidity the NCAA is going to take a massive hit in the Ed O’Bannon lawsuit.  Jay Bilas uncovered some very damning evidence on Tuesday when he searched the NCAA Sports Shop and noticed that typing in a players name brings up the players jersey with their number on it.  Sure it says “Texas A&M Aggies #2” as the title, but the fact that searching for a players name brings you to their jersey is going to be a huge blow to their case.  It’s almost funny to me that the NCAA probably put the nail in their own coffin because they were so concerned with selling jerseys/making money that they let something like this happen.  They didn’t even bother pretending that the jerseys weren’t made for the specific superstars on each team. The NCAA eventually caught on and disabled the search function.
