Head Coach Of Top SEC School Reportedly Flew In To See Michigan Transfer Defender

While there is some hope that Michigan can get Cole Sullivan back on the team for next season, Oklahoma and HC Brent Venerables are not giving up pursuit. With new LB coach Alex Whittingham reportedly traveling to see Sullivan back home in PA earlier this week, so did Venerables, according to On3:

LB Cole Sullivan, Michigan: Sullivan finished his visit on Sunday. But the recruiting has not stopped. Michigan had an in-home visit with Sullivan on Monday. And there has been a rumor that OU coach Brent Venables flew to see Sullivan in Pittsburgh on Monday night. Though SoonerScoop has been unable to confirm the rumor. Either way, it’s been made clear that the Sooners are not giving up in their pursuit. A decision is expected, possibly as early as Tuesday.

Sounds like a decision could come as early as today….
