Harbaugh Says This WR Is Not Practicing With The Team

Junior wide receiver is not practicing, according to Jim Harbaugh:

If Perry, who faces legal issues from an incident in East Lansing last year, isn’t back with the Wolverines in 2017, it should open up more playing time for WRs Nate Johnson, Drake Harris, Eddie McDoom and others.
