Markquese Bell, a four-star athlete out of Bridgeton, New Jersey, tweets that he will be enrolling early at whichever school he winds up picking.

Bell, the No. 189 recruit in the country, recently released a top schools list (and appears to be favoring Rutgers, Michigan and Clemson).
