Four-Star Center Brett Neilon Makes College Choice

Brett Neilon, ranked as the No. 2 center in the country, announced Wednesday that he was committing to USC.

The Santa Margarita Catholic High School product picked the Trojans over Michigan and Washington.

Cesar Ruiz, the top center in the country, now becomes the top target for the Wolverines.
